Soap & Glory Wonderbronze Shimmer Brick

Hi guys. So i'm back with another product that I have purchased in the last month that featured in my June Favourites, if you want to check that out click here. I decided to purchase this product simply because I am still trying to find the perfect contour shade for my skin but wanted a change from a matte finish.

After some research I found this beauty, it was advertised as a shimmer brick and guaranteed to give you that sun kissed natural glow. I was really eager to give it a try after swatching it, the colour was beautiful.

The best part about this product is that it has many uses. It can be used as a rose gold blush to add shimmer to your cheekbones. I personally like to swirl my brush round all the product and use it to warm up the outer contours of my face as a bronzer. The colours mixed together give a beautiful champagne gold with a slight shimmer, so catches the light perfectly to give you a bronzed look.

Soap & Glory have some lovely products for that summery, bronzed make up look. It was so hard to decide what one I wanted to give a try, but this has been my favourite purchase and definitely changed my make up game.

Sleek Makeup Solstice Highlighting Palette

I am back again with another Sleek Makeup Highlighting Palette as I find these palettes amazing for the price, definitely one of my favourite highlighters of all time. This time round I am reviewing the Solstice Palette. You can check out the review I did of the Precious Metals highlight palette here

I saw some amazing reviews of this palette and wanted to try it myself and since i've bought it, i've used it everyday since. This palette is very versatile and includes two baked powders, one cream formula and one silky, shimmering powder. All the formulas are very highly pigmented, you have to be careful how much you put on the brush! They have a very metallic finish and glide on the skin giving a flawless finish.

The packaging is gorgeous in a metallic gold compact and comes with a mirror and a mini applicator brush, which comes in handy on the go. As you can tell in the pictures my go to pan is the bottom left highlight powder called 'Subsolar' this gives me such a luminous glow and blends in really well with my other make up.

Just as a little tip on how I use the palette: I use the top left corner highlighting cream 'Ecliptic' to highlight my brow bone, I then use 'Subsolar' (bottom left) to highlight my cheekbones and cupids bow, then finally add highlight down my nose and other places on my skin that hit the light with 'Equinox' (bottom right).

June Favourites 2016

Hey guys. So today I put together my absolute favourites products that I have been using a lot the last month that I have fallen in love with. Most of them are make up products but I have included my favourite skincare product, favourite scent and of course my go to false lashes. I hope you find something that you want to try!

Sleek Solstice Highlight Palette £9.99 -

This highlighter honestly is my favourite drugstore highlighter. I have watched the colours in the last picture and as you can see each swatch is super pigmented. They last all day and just give you an amazing glow on the skin.

Dove Derma Spa Summer Revived Body Lotion currently £3.49 -

I enjoy the Dove derma spa range and this is one of my favourite moisturisers in the collection. The best part of this product is it gives you silky, smooth skin but also leaves you with a nice golden glow with the self tanner in the lotion. It's a rich moisturiser, very good if you have dry skin.

Soap and Glory Wonderbronze Shimmer Brick - £9.00 -

I adore this bronzer so much. I prefer the illuminated bronze look rather than the matte, this is perfect for contouring and using the lighter colour as a highlight and great for the price. This product lasts a long time and is very pigmented as you can see in the swatch. It leaves a lovely rosy bronzed glow.

Makeup Revolution Pro Fix Fixing Spray - £5.50 -

After trying so many different fixing sprays this has to be the one that i've noticed a difference in the length of time my make up stays perfect. For the price that it is, I will definitely be purchasing this again. It's a very fine mist so doesn't leave you feeling sticky and gives your skin amazing hydration throughout the day.

Eyelure Exaggerate 143 Lashes - £6.99 -

These lashes haven't just been my favourite for this month, they have been my go to for years now. They are so natural and wispy and are the perfect lash to enhance your natural lashes.

Maybelline Colour Drama Lipstick (Nude Perfection) - £4.99 -

I love the concept of these lip crayons they are so creamy and last a very long time on the lips. They aren't drying at all and you hardly need to top these up. I love this nude colour, it's my personal ideal nude and goes with everything. Definitely my favourite lip product of the month.

The Bodyshop Coconut Body Mist - £7.50 -

This has been my daily scent for months now. I am obsessed with the smell of this body mist, it's so tropical and fresh. It also lasts for a long time, they have an amazing range of body mist scents so definitely worth trying them out!
